Registration confirmation emails

Cvent is managing the registration system, and some people have issues with emails from their system being blocked.

If you have registered and not received a confirmation email, the next step is to have your IT team Allowlist/Whitelist their sending IPs and domains to prevent these issues from recurring. Cancellation policy

If you have registered, but are not able to attend, one week’s notice is necessary for refund, i.e., notify the organizers at by April 6th, DST.
